The Casa
Our home has 4 King size beds (ensuite master bedrooms) and 2 Queen size beds (1 in an ensuite bedroom and 1 in a bedroom with bathroom located across hall). We also have 3 additional King/Queen air mattresses available for use. If you let Samuel know, ahead of arrival, we can have the air mattresses prepared for your arrival. All bedrooms have private access to pool deck and beach, and are large enough to set up air mattress. All beds will be prepared with two medium soft pillows and bedding. Additional blankets and sheets can be found in the closet of any bedroom, and additional pillows can be found in the larger lower and upper bedroom closets. (If you like a very firm pillow, you may want to bring your own.) Sleeping on couches is prohibited, as we like to keep the furniture clean and in nice order for all of our guests!
Stocked with extra beach/bathroom towels, extra soap, toilet paper and bed sheets (although your bed will already be prepared). Sometimes as a courtesy, guests leave behind sunscreen and lotions, which we also store in the linen closet.

We provide a limited number of paper items like plates, napkins, cups and paper towel. We also provide various condiments and “pantry” items like coffee, sugar, cooking oils, spices, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce. Please note that the items available for use change with each guest and that any food item that is important to your group should be purchased at the store.
We have a blender, juicer, toaster & food mixer for making pancakes or birthday cakes! We have a pretty decent supply of pots, pans, cast iron cookware and cooking utensils.
Pantry
We have a regular ole’ Mr. Joe coffee machine along with a press (for those who need an extra strong jolt in the morning!) We stock a pretty decent amount of coffee for our guests to use.

Heat available upon request. The minimum cost for pool heat is $2,000 per week. Additional days are $250 per day. The cost to heat outdoor bath is included in the weekly pool cost. If you’d like to heat just the bath, it is $100 per day. Payment must be arranged ahead of arrival, unless otherwise noted.
If using smaller heated bath, please coordinate with Samuel or Vicente to turn on heat, as the equipment can not handle 24 hour a day use. Guests are not permitted to function pool/hot tub heaters, or enter the pool mechanic room. Fines will be deducted from security deposit, if guests are found operating machines or inside mechanic room.

Vicente or Samuel can show you how to use the fire pit on the patio. It’s easy – you’ll be able to do it yourself after they show you.

We have a great selection of books and games for our groups to enjoy while lounging around the casa, including board games, cards, a beer pong kit & table ping pong set. We use the big wooden tables on the outside pool patio to set up the beer pong and table ping pong.
Please take care to put away the games as they were found, so that future guests can enjoy them as well. We have a poker chip set stored under the microwave in the kitchen. Please use with care

Adult/older children's toys and beach games are with snorkel gear on upper shelves; lower shelves hold sandcastle toys, pool toys, and rafts. Supervise kids exploring garage and TV area for toys/games. Keep things in order. We've got rafts, noodles, pumps, and compressors. Leave large beach toys on beach by pool. The house was not built with TV watching in mind, but we do have a smart TV upstairs with options for streaming Netflix, Prime, Youtube and various other platforms. The TV is dependent on wifi, which is good most of the time. If there are individuals, or children, in your group who really enjoy unwinding with a movie or TV show, we recommend having something downloaded on your personal device ahead of arrival, just in case wifi goes out for a period of time.

We have a nice selection of magazines downstairs in the large living area and a great supply of books for teens and adults in the upstairs TV room. There is an additional collection of hard covered books in the bedroom directly behind the TV wall.
